Air Supported Belt Conveyors

Our air supported belt conveyors efficiently transport bulk materials with a cushion of air to support the belt and load. Walkways are unnecessary, with no moving components between the tail and discharge pulley. The reduced belt friction minimises belt wear and motor horsepower requirements.

Conveyor enclosures are also not required due to the weather tight and dust proof hip roof covers. Our air supported belt conveyors are eco-friendly, produce minimal sound, and feature less product degradation.

Augers

We manufacture a variety of augers to suit all materials handling needs.

We can also supply replacement augers regardless of the original manufacturer. Our materials range includes mild, bisalloy, and stainless steel. 

Auger Flights

Our individual turns are cut from mild, stainless, or abrasive resistant steels in a thickness range of 1 mm to 32 mm.

Bucket Elevators

Our weathertight bucket elevators are designed to lift bulk materials on a vertical incline.

Bulk materials are loaded into each bucket, as the bucket moves past an inlet point. We can upgrade your existing elevator to produce a higher flow rate, without having to replace your entire unit.

Drag Chain Conveyors

Our drag chain conveyors are used to meter and transfer bulk materials from one process to another.

It is cost-effective at conveying a range of granular bulk materials over a long distance; resulting in minimal product degradation. Available in mild or stainless steel.

Hoppers, Surge Bins, and Screw Feeders

Hoppers: Ideal for storing bulk materials.

Surge Bins: Allows inconsistent flow of material to accumulate and be metered. Our multi screw surge bins are designed to meter product at specific flow rates, and prevent hard to handle product from bridging. They are available in various materials, including mild and stainless steels.

Screw Feeders: One of the most accurate and efficient methods for metering various bulk materials.

Rake Screen

Our rake screen is designed to screen high volume applications, and seperate solids in municipal and industrial wastewater systems.

It includes a screen frame, screen bars, two endless stainless-steel chains, rakes for picking up solids, and a wiper to clean the rakes at the discharge point. It is automatic, self-cleaning, simple to maintain, and features operator safety components.

We will help you select a screen that suits your process requirements. We modify the rake screen to your specifications, e.g. conveyor length, and channel width and depth.

Screw Conveyors

Our screw conveyors are one of the most cost-effective methods for transporting a variety of sluggish to free-flowing bulk materials. It can have multiple inlet and discharge points, and convey and distribute to the required location.

Conventional shafted type

• Manufactured in various diameters, gauges, and materials: mild steel, galvanised, stainless steel, high temperature steels, and abrasive resistant materials.
• Individual turns are cut from mild, stainless, or abrasive resistant steels that are formed into a helix with the specified inside and outside diameter and pitch.

Shaftless type

Used to meter and convey bulk materials discharged from centrifuges, filter presses, and mixers. Ours is non-clogging and suited for conveying materials that are difficult to handle.

Slide Gates

Our mild and stainless steel slide gates are used to prevent or isolate product flow from hoppers, bins, silos, and conveyors.

Pneumatic, electric, and manually operated slide gates are available.
