Formed in 1999, Conveyor Industries is a specialised engineering company that design, manufacture, and install conveying equipment for the bulk materials handling industry within New Zealand and the international market.
We have a wealth of experience in many industry sectors, including: aggregates, wineries, wastewater treatment plants, rendering, grain handling, and mineral processing.
Our workshop is serviced by two, five tonne remote controlled overhead gantries, includes machine shop facilities, profile cutting, specialised auger manufacturing equipment, and other general engineering equipment for the fabrication of both stainless and mild steel. We also have a 225 tonne press brake and guillotine capable of cutting 6 mm thick stainless steel, and 10 mm thick mild steel at up to 4 metres in width.
Why do the industry leaders choose us?
Here’s how it happens:
We will talk with you and determine your project scope, before the design stage begins.
We incorporate our own ideas, drawing on our years of experience in conveyor design and construction, spatial planning, and workflow management.
We return to our state of the art design centre to utilise our 3D computer software, to recreate your building and construct a virtual conveying system. Before we begin production, you get to ‘see’ your conveyor working in the context of your work environment, letting you make changes before significant cost and time has been invested.
The finalised design is taken to our production workshop. The designing, project coordination, administration, and manufacturing, all occurs in the same location – creating a streamlined production process.
At the end of production, your conveyor is scheduled for installation. Our installations are efficient and your downtime is minimal.
Once we have left your site, all of your conveyor details will remain on our comprehensive database.
